Payment of your booking and services:
- Payments are made by debut or credit card on line, via the secure environment
of Caisse d’Epargne Bank.
- We validate your payment only after confirmation of your booking.
- A reservation confirmation will be sent by e-mail with all the information necessary for your stay.
It is possible to pay by bank transfer.
By reserving and paying for your trip, you agree to our general terms and conditions as outlined herein.
Prices do not include:
- Flights, personal insurance, tips and extra drinks.
- Prices may change at any moment (due to decisions by our partners, increases in the cost of fuel, prices according to seasonality…)
- Holiday taxes are to be paid directly on site, unless otherwise stated in our quotes.
Cancellation and changes:
Should you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible:

- 30 days or more before the date of the trip: reimbursement up to 75% of the cost of the reservation.
- Between 30 and 15 days before the date of the trip: reimbursement up to 50% of the cost of the reservation.
- Between 14 and 8 days before the date of the trip: reimbursement up to 25% of the cost of the reservation.
- Less than 8 days before: no reimbursement.
